4. 价格与支付
- 所有价格以澳元（AUD）标示，已含商品及服务税（GST）
- 配送费在结账页面另行显示
- 付款通过第三方支付服务商处理，您须遵守其相关条款
- 订单在款项到账后方进入处理流程
5. 配送
- 我们目前仅配送至澳大利亚境内地址
- 配送时间为估计值，受承运方安排、天气、节假日等因素影响，我们不对具体送达时间作出保证
- 商品风险在承运方交付至您指定地址时转移给您
- 若因您提供的地址不完整或不正确导致配送失败或延误，由此产生的额外费用由您承担
6. 账户

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Australia Chun Nuan Hua Kai TCM Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 92 691 288 221) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Product information and display
We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:
- images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to photography, display settings and packaging batches;
- we may change specifications, packaging, pricing and availability at any time without notice;
- the display of products on this website is an invitation to treat, not an offer.
3. Formation of contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of that offer. A contract is formed only when we despatch the goods.
Before a contract is formed, we may decline or cancel an order and refund any amount paid, where:
- the goods are out of stock or discontinued;
- there has been an obvious error in price or description (including system faults or data entry errors);
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms;
- the delivery address is outside our service area;
- fulfilling the order would cause us to breach applicable law.
Where an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we are under no obligation to supply at the incorrect price and accept no liability for any indirect loss arising.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers, whose terms also apply to you.
- Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Australia only.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to carrier schedules, weather, public holidays and other factors. We do not guarantee delivery on a particular date.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery by the carrier to your nominated address.
- Where delivery fails or is delayed due to an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by you, any additional costs are payable by you.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate an account where these terms are breached, false information is supplied, or the account is used for fraudulent, abusive or harmful conduct.
7. Important notice about our products
The herbal products, teas and wellness items sold on this website are traditional wellness and general health products. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medication.
Nothing on this website or its product pages constitutes medical advice. - our aggregate liability in respect of any single order does not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order;
- we are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, supply chain disruption, or network or third-party service failure.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
14. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, please first contact us at info@chunnuanhuakai2025.com. We undertake to respond within 10 business days and to negotiate in good faith. This does not affect your right to seek assistance from the ACCC, your State consumer affairs agency, or a court.
15. General
- If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues in force.
- Failure or delay in exercising a right under these terms is not a waiver of that right.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and (where applicable) Referral Program Terms, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website.
