隐私政策

3. 分销计划参与者的额外说明
若您申请成为销售团员或团长，我们会额外记录：您的推广码、推广关系归属、佣金与提现记录、注册时的 IP 地址。IP 地址用于识别异常推广行为（例如同一网络下的多个账号互相推广），以维护分销计划的公平性。
您提供的银行账户信息仅用于支付佣金，我们不会将其用于其他目的或提供给无关第三方。

Australia Chun Nuan Hua Kai TCM Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 92 691 288 221) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect

- If you participate in our referral program: bank account name, BSB and account number (used solely to pay commission)

What we do not collect: we do not store your full card number or security code on this website. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider (see clause 4).

3. Additional information for referral program participants
If you apply to become a sales member or team leader, we additionally record your referral code, referral relationships, commission and withdrawal records, and the IP address used at registration. IP addresses are used to identify irregular referral activity (for example, multiple accounts on the same network referring one another) in order to maintain the integrity of the program.
Bank account details you provide are used solely to pay commission and are not used for any other purpose or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

- Referral attribution cookie — when you arrive via a referral link, we record the referral code for 30 days so that any resulting order is attributed to the correct referrer

You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, however some features (such as logging in or placing orders) may not function correctly as a result.
6. Storage and security
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in Sydney, Australia. Our security measures include site-wide HTTPS encryption, encrypted password storage, restricted administrative access, login attempt limiting, upload file-type restrictions, and periodic security review.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, please note that no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Where we have taken reasonable care, we are not liable for unauthorised access arising from causes outside our control. Nothing in this clause limits our obligations under the Privacy Act, including our mandatory notification obligations in the event of an eligible data breach.
7. Retention periods
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and as required by law:
- Order and transaction records — 7 years (taxation requirements)
- Commission and withdrawal records — 7 years from creation
- Account information — for the life of the account, plus 12 months after closure
- Marketing subscription records — 24 months after unsubscription
Information beyond these periods, where no other retention need exists, is deleted or de-identified.
8. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You can:
- log in to your account to view and update most information yourself; or
- email info@chunnuanhuakai2025.com with your request.
We will generally respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where a request involves a large volume of information or requires substantial work, we may charge a reasonable cost-based fee, and will advise you before proceeding.
Where permitted by law, we may decline a request for access or correction (for example, where it would unreasonably affect another person’s privacy, or relates to legal proceedings), and will give written reasons.
9. Marketing and opting out
We send promotional emails only where you have consented. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may also email us to opt out at any time. Please note that we will continue to send necessary transactional notices (such as order confirmations and despatch notices), which are not marketing communications.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at info@chunnuanhuakai2025.com. We will investigate and respond in writing within 30 days.
